Red letter day for me today! I am an accredited Swim Teacher.
I cannot speak too highly of Adam Briggs and his Oatlands Aquatic Centre team. Theirs is a magnificently structured Learn to Swim programme based around children progressing through specified LTS attributes at their own pace.
I'm using my skills as a volunteer Swim Teacher at the Break O'Day Child & Family Centre's Monday swim sessions.

Salient points to consider should hydrotherapy become integral to the proposed East Coast Aquatic Centre.
An options paper follows from a comparison of the three specialist hydrotherapy facilities I've recently visited.

And that was a wrap for BB Fit 2025-2026!
Best season ever, lots of laughs, consistency and fitness. We resume late October 2026 following my attendance at the Industry Forum and instructors’ Aqua Alliance conference 2026.
Looking forward to intervening adventures.
