A huge effort from Etien this month, reaching Level 12.1 on the 15m beep test. An incredible result and a great example of perseverance and hard work.

At the start of every month we run the beep test to challenge students to beat their previous score and track their progress over time. The goal isn’t to compete with others, but to keep improving.

Remember, the only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday.

Training t-shirts have finally arrived!

After a few months of delays, we’re excited to finally have them in. These boys were keen to show off the new designs in class! 👊🏼

Choose from three different designs, and they’re perfect for training during the warmer months. The shirts can be worn in class with gi pants and belt, before we return to full gi uniforms in June.

We train a range of self defence scenarios in our Adults martial arts classes to help students develop awareness, control and how to respond under pressure. The focus is always on escape and getting to safety first!

Remember the first defence, is to not be there for the attack 🥋

Saturdays 10:30-11:30am

Thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout the year. We’re incredibly grateful for our community and everything we’ve shared together.

We’ll be reopening on 5th January, and our holiday timetable will be released via email soon.

We can’t wait to see everyone back on the mats in the new year!
