Bibra Lake JFC - Bandicoots In 1993 a group of parents came together to start the formation of the Bibra Lake Junior Football Club.

The Blue and the Black! 💙🖤 The club colours were a combination of our inaugural vice-president Derek Greengrass being a passionate East Perth supporter and being the right mix in the association that did not conflict with any other clubs.The Bandicoots name was decided by a competition ran in 1996 , where the players were asked to submit the club nickname.

2023 will mark the clubs 30th year of fostering football and club spirit in the community.

Today we celebrate all the amazing dads, step-dads, grandads and father figures who cheer from the sidelines, kick the footy in the backyard, volunteer, coach, support and encourage our young Bandicoots every step of the way. 🏉

Joey is the sort of player every team loves having around — versatile, team-first and always brings a brilliant attitude. Whether he’s asked to play forward, back, midfield or anywhere else, Joey just gets on with the job.
And he celebrated game 50 in style, bobbing up for two very important goals in the last quarter! 🔥⚽️⚽️

A massive congratulations to our Year 5 team on an incredible 2026 season!

This group has taken another huge step forward, doubling their wins from 2025 and showing just how far they’ve come as a team.
But the improvement has been about much more than wins. Their teamwork, confidence, effort and belief in each other has continued to grow throughout the year.

A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers and families who have supported this group every step of the way. 👏

💙 So proud of our Y3 Bandicoots 🖤

It’s been a tough introduction to junior football for this crew. But the smiles never left their faces and with a fantastic coaching staff in Glenn & Ella along with an incredibly supportive parent group this team has done something that might have seemed impossible only a few weeks ago!

Keep up the hard work and keep having fun! We can’t wait to see what you can achieve next in the Blue & Black.
