Out of the ashes of the pandemic, Grand Architect Training was born. This program is designed to fit the needs of almost every competitive functional fitness athlete all in one program and one fixed price. Each training day includes primary training, the meat and potatoes of our training and then additional extras to bring up an athletes weaknesses.

No matter your experience level, how much time you have or your weakness. The main objective of this program is to progress in all areas of fitness and stay competition-ready throughout the year, all while keeping training fun. We offer 5 full training days, 1 active recovery day and 1 full day of rest.

This is a 6-week progressive rowing program where you'll accumulate volume at challenging paces. The program will challenge you mentally with some longer row repeats in the form of rowing variables. It will prepare you for any distance and establish confidence in holding paces during your workouts.

"911 Watts" is a 5-week progressive bike program. This can be done on a Watt Bike, C2 Bike Erg, Assault Bike or any brand of air bike that tracks watts. The program starts and finishes with a 20:00 average watts test on the bike to find your Functional Threshold Power.

What is FTP?
Functional Threshold Power (FTP) represents your ability to sustain the highest possible power output over 45:00 to 60:00, depending on whether you’re a trained athlete or not. As a result, 95% of the 20:00 average power is used to determine FTP.

This program gives you a look at what sort of paces you can hold physically and mentally. Never let the bike slow you down in a workout again.
