NEW PROGRAM ALERT. Introducing our Intermediate Strength At Gym program.
This program is a progression from our Beginner Strength programs. It is ideal for those with gym access who have 3-6 months of training experience and are ready to progress.
What you get:
-12 weeks of programmed workouts
-3 x (4 week) phases focusing on:
Phase 1) Strength adaptation and barbell skills: Build full-body strength
Phase 2) Muscle Size/Hypertrophy: Build an aesthetic physique with greater strength potential and a faster metabolism.
Phase 3) Muscle Endurance: build greater work capacity and muscular endurance.
-2-3 full-body workouts per week
-6 months of access to our Reap What You Sow app, which includes: exercise demonstration videos, workout recording, guides to help you every step of the way, trainer access to answer your questions, and more.
