NEW PROGRAM ALERT. Introducing our Intermediate Strength At Gym program.

This program is a progression from our Beginner Strength programs. It is ideal for those with gym access who have 3-6 months of training experience and are ready to progress.

What you get:
-12 weeks of programmed workouts
-3 x (4 week) phases focusing on:
Phase 1) Strength adaptation and barbell skills: Build full-body strength
Phase 2) Muscle Size/Hypertrophy: Build an aesthetic physique with greater strength potential and a faster metabolism.
Phase 3) Muscle Endurance: build greater work capacity and muscular endurance.
-2-3 full-body workouts per week
-6 months of access to our Reap What You Sow app, which includes: exercise demonstration videos, workout recording, guides to help you every step of the way, trainer access to answer your questions, and more.

Our Beginner Strength (At Gym) program is perfect for those with access to a gym and are looking for some guidance on where to start with their strength training.

Our Beginner Strength (At Home) program is a minimal equipment strength program for those who are more comfortable training from home and would like to get started with strength training.
