A big shoutout to Rick and our Course Maintenance Team for the work that goes into preparing and maintaining our greens.

This week’s coring process is an important part of keeping the putting surfaces healthy and performing at their best throughout the season.

Coring helps relieve soil compaction, improve airflow and drainage through the soil profile, and creates space for stronger root growth. Once the cores are removed, the greens are topdressed with sand, which helps fill the holes, smooth the surface and support recovery.

There’s plenty of work that happens behind the scenes to keep the course in shape, and this is a key part of the long-term health and quality of our greens.

Thanks again to Rick and the team for the work they continue to put into the course.
