Empower is coming to Tuesday mornings 💪 Join Kirsty @ 10.30am from Tuesday 8th September for your strength Pilates hit!

Building & maintaining muscles mass is so important for our bodies. Progressively overloading the muscle by increasing weight over time allows muscle growth.

Increasing muscle means creating a stronger, more resilient body that supports your bones, metabolism, balance and independence as you age.

We also have an Empower class on the schedule on Thursday at 5.30pm and we’d love to add more to the timetable. So come & give it a go! We are sure you’ll love it 🤎
