We’ve made a few changes to our Tuesday morning timetable at Evolve Pilates Berwick 🤎

✨ 5:00am Reform Evolve
✨ 6:00am Reform Evolve
✨ 7:00am Reform Advance (NEW!)

Our 5:00am class is now the only early morning class on the timetable, perfect for those who love starting their day with movement.

Looking for an extra challenge? Our new 7:00am Reform Advance class is designed for experienced clients wanting to take their strength, control, endurance and balance to the next level.

Please note that our 8:00am class has been removed from the timetable for now.

We are so excited to announce Kim as our very first Client of the Month! 🤎

Kim’s commitment to her Pilates journey has been incredible to watch. She shows up consistently, works hard in every class, and is always willing to step outside her comfort zone to challenge herself and build strength. Her determination, focus, and positive attitude are truly inspiring.

Not only is Kim dedicated to her training, but she also brings such warmth, kindness, and positivity to the studio. She is a wonderful part of our Evolve community, and we love seeing her encourage and connect with those around her.

Starting Monday 8th June, we’re so excited to welcome Michelle Cadusch to the Evolve team! 🤎

Michelle has been teaching Reformer & Mat Pilates for the past 3 years and is passionate about helping clients build strength, balance, and confidence through movement. With her warm, caring nature, we know she’ll fit perfectly into our little Evolve family.

You can find Michelle teaching our Monday night classes at 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm.

Do you feel stronger? More energised? More confident on the reformer? Maybe you’ve noticed better posture, improved mobility, or simply the feeling of showing up for yourself consistently.

The Evolve Together Challenge was never just about completing 12 classes. It was about building habits, creating momentum, and celebrating every step forward.

To everyone who completed all 12 classes congratulations! Your commitment and consistency have been incredible to watch. 👏

And to those who didn’t quite make it to 12, we see you too. Whether you completed 10, 6, or even just a few classes, every session mattered. Every time you walked through the studio doors, you invested in yourself, and that’s something worth celebrating.
