⭐️⭐️100 CLASSES -CONGRATULATIONS CHARMI ⭐️⭐️

Starting something new can feel intimidating, especially when you’re walking into a space where you don’t know anyone, you’re not sure what to expect, or you’re worried you won’t be able to keep up.

But here’s the thing, you don’t need to be good at Pilates to start Pilates.
You just need to walk through the door.

At Evolve, we care far less about what you can do on the reformer and far more about how you feel when you leave the studio 🤎

✨Supported
✨Capable
✨Proud of yourself

Maybe even wondering why you were ever so nervous in the first place 🤎

Because our clients may forget the exercises we taught them, but they’ll remember how they felt while they were here!

A big week of 50 class milestones this week 🥳🥳

Congratulations to Naomi, Mel, Gregg, Sarah & Jackie!

Such an amazing group of dedicated clients. Each one has improved in so many ways over their time at Evolve and being a part of that journey makes us so proud.

Every journey is different, every client is different, every “why” is different but these superstars are all working hard towards their own personal goals & today we celebrate them for that 👏

Amazing effort team 🤎🤎🤎
