With just 4 weeks left til Christmas our clients are working hard on a tough new program to get ready for the holidays… and the summer weather when it decides to arrive.

A huge congratulations to our client Ann Maree Waycott on completing the Berlin Marathon.

Ann didn’t let a bag chest infection get in the way of her smashing out the 42kms and enjoying a few steins 🍻 afterwards.

⭐️ CLIENT TRANSFORMATION ⭐️

Another online client Michael Horton has seen some great physique changes over the past 4 months.

Coming out of the interruptions with training through Covid Michael needed to regain some consistency again.

We set Michael up on a 5 day a week gym program alternating upper and lower body workout days.

Michael has seen a range of variety in programs with pre exhaustion, strength and post exhaustion programs.

Although we haven’t focused on scale weight you can see with his before/after photos what he has been able to achieve.

Great work 🙌🏻 I’m looking forward to introducing you to more killer programs 💪🏻

⭐️ Client Transformation ⭐️

A big shout out to our online client Sarah for her huge effort in training over the last 12 months.

February 2021 Sarah reached out to help restart her training after the first year of Covid and recently having a baby.

We kicked off with a small deficit window as Sarah’s calories were a little low already. Through this phase Sarah lost 6.2kgs, which was a huge effort.

After this phase we reversed her back out getting her calories up to 2000 per day. This was challenged with the in and out of lockdown Victoria went through.

Although weight went up from consuming more calories her strength in the gym went through the roof, whilst perfecting technique in her big lifts.

Sarah has just recently finished up her second deficit phase with further great results. Now it’s time to reverse back out and maintain through the next few months.

Couple Transformation Gains 💪🏻

A huge shoutout to Jamie and Amanda who recently participated in our 8 week kickstart program.

Participating in their second program they both wanted to get back on track after Christmas and be accountable again.

They both trained hard in their group session with us, as well as increasing their daily step targets and calorie tracking.

I was blown away with both of their measurements. From how much they lost, as well as how identical they were.

Over 8 weeks they lost;

Jamie- 5.6kgs and 29 cms
Amanda- 5.6kgs and 28.5cms

Doing it together with a partner, family member or friend really does help.

Congratulations again, you’re before/after photos are amazing!

Falling Off Track?

Do you find yourself starting gym all motivated and within weeks you’ve fallen off track?

If this sounds like you 🛑 being hard on yourself and find out why this keeps happening.

These are very common issues I see with clients who I coach. Whatever the reasons are it’s very important to address them to help solve the issue at hand. Without solving the underlying issue you’ll always risk falling off track.

Some common quick fixes for these issues are:

✅ Increase your calories
✅ Improve your quality of sleep
✅ Only compare your results and improvements
✅ Set yourself small goals that are realistic
✅ Write out your ‘Why’

🏋️‍♂️ Train With A Friend

Being accountable is a big part in anyone achieving their goal.

Having a coach to check in with and give you the guidance you need is the highest accountability you can have.

But training with a friend or someone who shares a similar goal as you is another big factor.

Training with a friend keeps you accountable to showing up to each session, pushing each other during the session, completing more training away from PT like walking or bike riding together.

So, for the month of January any of our clients can bring a friend along for FREE to their personal training sessions.

If you have a friend that would like to join you for any sessions simply contact me before your sessions to let me know.
