Happy birthday to this Legend!
Hands down the hardest working client I have had the pleasure of working with.

Just like all of us Justin has had his fair share of ups and downs in life but despite everything He has worked his ass off everyday, often training at 3am before work, proving once again thats its all about discipline and mindset.

Justin and I started training together just after the lock down, He had already lost a ton of weight before, going from 143kg to below 120kg and then Covid hit and naturally it also halted his weightloss journey.

Early December He weighed in at 120kg with a goal of getting down to100kg by his birthday and I'm proud to say yesterday He did a final weigh in at 102kg.

I'm super excited and cannot wait to see what We can do by this time next year 😊

The pursuit of fitness ..

* Set Goals
* Identify potential problems,injuries/ weaknesses ie. No upper body strength due to past shoulder injuries/sh*t diet.
* Strengthen the weaknesses (mobilise the shoulder joints / create new habits)
*Test and repeat
* Celebrate the gains with heavier lifts 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️

Struggle City!

Tried to match last weeks lifts but couldn't even get close to it.
decided to stick to 5x5@120 but even then didn't get the reps.
All good, Time to reset, recover and try again next week.
