We have some very exciting news!
Please warmly welcome our new faces at BFIRM!
Lauren joins us not just as a familiar face, but as one of our long-term BFIRM clients who’s decided to turn her passion into her profession. As a busy mum of two energetic boys, she’s always had a strong connection to the fitness world, so a career change into the industry was only a matter of time.
With a love for endurance training, Lauren has already conquered both the marathon and half-marathon distances. Her experience, determination and genuine care for people make her an incredible addition to the team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her helping our community become fitter, stronger and more confident.
BFIRM is also excited to welcome Zach to the Wellness Hub team. As an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist, he brings firsthand rehab experience from his own ACL, ankle, and back injuries, along with a deep passion shaped by supporting his grandma through Motor Neurone Disease.
Zach works with all ages and abilities from NDIS participants and veterans to everyday clients with chronic conditions or sports injuries. He combines evidence-based practice with real life understanding to create personalised, sustainable programs.
He’s pumped to join BFIRM Wellness and help people move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, and build long-term confidence.
Tash joins and has spent the last three years helping people move better, feel stronger, and recover faster through therapeutic and sports massage. She works with everyone - from athletes, busy parents to anyone wanting to feel good in their body again.
She holds a Certificate in Whole Body Massage and a Diploma of Health Science while currently completing her Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science.
This means she brings both incredible hands-on skill and a deep understanding of how the body works.
She’s not just about treating where it hurts — she looks at why it’s happening and builds a plan that truly supports long-term results.
Please Welcome these legends and don’t be afraid to introduce yourself to them next time you’re at BFIRM!
