Happy International Pilates day!✨

Here’s to celebrating the amazing method that is pilates.

I started pilates more than 20 years ago to help heal my own pain and in learning and practicing the method I fell in love with it and knew it was an amazing tool to help others.

I’m so happy that today I get to share that love and help so many people with their movement through Pilates.

What an amazing event!🫶🏻

With instructors from around the world, we connected, learnt, enjoyed fantastic challenging Pilates workouts and came away with new knowledge to continue to support our clients.

These events help to keep Pilates at the forefront of fitness, staying up to date with the scientific data whilst also deepening instructors knowledge and connection with the method.

As an instructor, continuing to learn and stay up to date with new findings is integral to my teaching and I love that I can share it with my clients.❤️
