We’re looking for expressions of interest for a Client Coordinator to join our Outdoor Education team in Sydney Harbour!
In this diverse and exciting role, not only will you get to work out on program in the great outdoors in beautiful locations across NSW! You will also get to work closely with schools, groups, and program leaders to help coordinate meaningful outdoor learning experiences that inspire adventure, connection, and growth.

Are you a Sydney local who loves the outdoors and knows how to keep an activity centre buzzing? We’re on the lookout for an energetic and education-minded Activity Centre Co‑ordinator to be the heartbeat of our Saltwater School.

You’ll be the go‑to person for managing bookings, building great relationships with our clients, and keeping our outdoor programs running like clockwork. Along the way you’ll work closely with schools and group leaders to plan experiences that are not just fun, but purposeful — supporting learning outcomes and connecting students with the natural environment.

Our team has planned 2 weeks filled with water-based activities, arts and craft, team challenges, bushwalks, STEM exploration and more.

We’re seeking experienced and enthusiastic Outdoor Education Instructors to join our team!

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for facilitating safe, engaging, and educational programs for school children.

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated outdoor education experience
- Relevant qualifications and outdoor education qualifications such as: Certificate IV or Diploma in Outdoor Leadership / Outdoor Education
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong group management and communication skills
