RGA sent four athletes to compete in the senior state championships for TRP. They competed level 4 in individual trampoline, synchronised trampoline, double mini trampoline and double mini tramp team events, two athletes also competed in level 4 tumbling. Well done to everyone for a fantastic effort and congratulations to all our award winners and new state champions!

On this Anzac Day, we reflect on the bravery of those who came before us and give thanks for the freedoms we enjoy today. Their legacy lives on in the values of mateship, resilience, and respect.

We Are Hiring – Assistant to Club Manager/Treasurer (Part Time / Casual Position)

We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Club Manager/Treasurer. This is a part time, casual position offering a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive club community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to emails, messages, and phone enquiries
• Contacting families on the waitlist to fill class vacancies
• Updating the Gymnastics Australia portal
• Ordering and managing sales of club uniforms
• Processing and following up Sports Vouchers
• Organising bookings (birthdays, schools, OSHC, and more)
• Learning and using our management system (Revolutionise), including class updates, new year setup, competitions, and invoicing
• Completing competition entry forms (WAG and TRP)
• Maintaining stock of cleaning supplies and bathroom products
• Assisting with canteen stock during events
• Coordinating working bees
• Checking the post office box (Berri location)
• Following up sponsorship opportunities

We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Can multitask and manage competing priorities
• Is confident using computers and learning new systems
• Is a team player with a proactive attitude
• Has previous administration experience (an advantage, but not essential)

Expression of interest

Aerobic Gymnastics – new class starting next term

Anticipated class day time: Wednesday evenings

Who: Boys and Girls aged 8-12, no prior gymnastics experience necessary

What is Aerobic Gymnastics?

Aerobic Gymnastics is a performance of artistic and acrobatic choreography to music. As its name suggests it requires aerobic fitness, but also muscular strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, and speed… The result is a fun, fast paced routine, showcasing athleticism and creative expression with high energy.

Performances can be individual, or in groups. They can be a mix of boys and girls. This introductory class will start with the basics – fundamental movement patterns, moving to music, balance skills, strength skills, and teamwork.

This weekend, RGA proudly hosted TRP Interclub 1 and ACG Trial 2. It was fantastic to see so many Adelaide and surrounding clubs make the effort to travel for the first TRP Interclub of the year.
