Kombat Frenzy Self defence classes...We will teach you effective and simple techniques in a fun, safe and friendly environment. One on one classes also available.

Our self defence course is designed specifically for women and will run in three lots of 6 week blocks. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Beginner courses start every month. During this course, you will learn basic strikes, kicks and blocks that are designed to defend yourself from certain grabs, holds and chokes. You will be taught how to hold yourself confidently and how to defend yourself fr

om a vulnerable position. We will teach you effective and simple techniques in a fun, safe and friendly environment. Your Instructor, Geoff, has over 30 years experience in all types of Martial Arts, more specifically boxing and Muay Thai. He also holds a black belt first dan in Zen Do Kai Karate and has worked in the Security Industry for 20 years. He has recently moved to Sydney from Newcastle where he has been teaching for the past 2 years.

TIP:
Remember self defence isn't just physical. It is also being aware of your situation and your surroundings. It is knowing what and who is around you and what is happening. It is also listening to your stomach, when you get that weird feeling that something isn't right. Always listen to that feeling!
