Nic and I took advantage of the great weather on Sunday to paddle from the ferry to Crosslands and back.

It’s approx 10km if you take the detour to see the waterfall and about 90 minutes each way.

While it’s a long paddle, it’s not too difficult without wind. However, if the wind picks up it can become quite a slog getting back, so check the forecast! If you want to paddle over the rocks to get right up to the waterfall, check the tides.

The river is looking amazing and a great time for an autumn paddle. The water still isn’t back to it’s best but much better than a month or so back and still warm enough to swim. The weekends conditions did our local river proud. Does it get any better than this...

Thursday paddle at high tide all the way to the end of Still Creek. Then a couple of km by foot further a long the creek bed. Tranquil and stunning 🙏

Dear She SUPs Community,

Please keep your eyes and ears out.

If anyone notices a brand new Red Paddle Co 10’6 Ride SE (purple) with matching carbon paddle (in bag with pump) being sold anywhere on FB or in the Sydney/northern beaches area, please report it to me/She SUPs/the police.

This bag with contents was stolen between 12:45-14:45 on Sunday 6th Feb 2022 from Morning Bay, Pittwater. It has a tag on it that has my business card in saying ‘She SUPs’ but that could easily be removed if the person wanted.

The police have been notified.

It contains not just a SUP but multiple spare leashes, spare fin for my voyager, a carbon paddle, and a pump.

Devasted is a understatement. For a small business, this is such a huge huge loss and I really need to find this board.

Hey guys! Apologies for the lack of posts ! I’m seeing A LOT of likes on this page which makes me think every one got SUPS for Christmas!! 😁 yay!!! I’ll be keeping my eye on the weather and we can organise a What’s Sup Berowra Social.
