After careful consideration, the committee has decided that physical fitness alone is no longer enough.

Players will now be assessed on:
• drop shots
• kitchen etiquette
• pastry consistency
• and overall baked goods contribution to club morale.

This fortnight’s High Performance Nutrition Schedule includes:
🥐 Cinnamon Croissants
🍰 Polka Dot Strawberry Cake
🍄 King Oyster Mushroom Shawarma
🥖 Gourmet Sausage Rolls
…and, pending emergency conditions…

Members are reminded:
• Croquembouche is NOT to be consumed before doubles.
• Vegemite sangas remain performance enhancing.
• Baumkuchen slicing requires adult supervision.
• Fairy cake consumption may improve net play.
