The fast bowling course continued today with specific isolation drills focused on the technical movements and sequencing of the bowling action from back-foot contact through front-foot contact and on to ball release.

The players quickly grasped the concept which was very pleasing to see in the early stages of the course.

Looking forward to seeing them develop more as the course progresses.
