Looking for a way to keep the kids active these school holidays? Our Holiday Kids Fitness Program is designed to get them moving, learning, and having a blast!
With coach-guided sessions, kids will:
✅ Build coordination
✅ Develop strength
✅ Improve jumping & landing technique
✅ Boost cardiovascular fitness
✅ Make friends and have fun in a positive environment
Give them a break from the screens and let them burn some energy while building confidence through movement!
