Looking for a way to keep the kids active these school holidays? Our Holiday Kids Fitness Program is designed to get them moving, learning, and having a blast!

With coach-guided sessions, kids will:

✅ Build coordination
✅ Develop strength
✅ Improve jumping & landing technique
✅ Boost cardiovascular fitness
✅ Make friends and have fun in a positive environment

Give them a break from the screens and let them burn some energy while building confidence through movement!

🌟 MEMBER OF THE MONTH – JUNE 🌟

A huge congratulations to Mary, our June Member of the Month! 💪

Over the past year, Mary has completely embraced the process, completing two 8-week challenges and losing an incredible 12kg along the way. But her transformation is about so much more than the number on the scales.

As a busy working mum, Mary made the decision to put herself first—and the results have been life-changing. She’s fitter, stronger, happier, has more energy, more patience, and has seen positive changes both at home and at work.

Mary shows up, works hard, gives every session her all, and somehow still finds the energy to keep us laughing with her trademark sarcasm. She’s a bright light in our gym community and an inspiration to everyone around her.

Mary is proof that when you stay consistent and invest in yourself, amazing things can happen.
