It’s time to find out…

As part of our 28-Day Winter Burn, we’re throwing out our FIRST EVER ONLINE CHALLENGE — and anyone can have a crack at it! 💪🔥

The challenge 👇
Starting with one foot off the ground, you must:
🧦 Pick up your sock
🧦 Put your sock on
👟 Pick up your shoe
👟 Put your shoe on
👟 Tie your laces

🚨 BUT THERE’S A CATCH…
Your foot CANNOT touch the ground at any point!

Once those laces are tied, put your foot down — you’ve completed the Old Man Test! ✅

It’s a fun little test of your mobility, stability & strength — and a good indication of whether you’ve still got the moves! 😂
