No one can want it for you, you have to want it for yourself. And the first step is always the hardest. But after a week or two you will be in the swing of it and you will start to love working out! The endorphins will start to flow making you feel happier, your mind will be clearer, your health will improve and you will decrease your risk of a number of diseases! You will start to change your body and see the results of all your hard work. Get addicted to working out and to DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and you will never look back!!

Ready to do some juicing! Soak all the fruit and veggies in water and apple cider vinegar to remove the pesticides first. I've got cucumber, carrot, spinach, mint, beetroot, apple, pear, lemon and ginger. Cut them all up and put them in the fridge so you have them ready to go whenever you want a fresh yummy juice!
