Our small group (max 4) sessions will get you moving and ease those post-lockdown niggles. You'll begin with a one-on-one Consult session to assess where you're starting from. Then, you can choose from over 50 clas

ses each week including our tailored 360 Studio Pilates plus group Reformer, Tower and Vibe Pilates. You'll be moving better and feeling stronger in no time!

This week we said goodbye to our outside signage and our beloved green wall. 😢

But don't worry, we've got you covered so you still know which way to face in class!!
