Redemption

You may have noticed (😁), we don't post a whole lot on the old "social" media. I like to think it's because we're out here living, not pausing our lives for others. Selling our souls to get another bum through the door, or thirsty for 'likes'.
We started Redemption with that as the goal - Redemption (to redeem), Respect and Honour - not the variety that is said flippantly by Facebook folk, posting their fresh ink and newest mindless quote about being a warrior, but those who listen more than they speak. That want change in their lives. Who put kindness into the world, not more bu****it negativity and s**tty attitudes.
Redemption is about coming back from the brink of darkness and humbling yourself.
It the midst of our Redemption, our littlest mate was born and this week, he turned 5 🤯. We have been rewarded and boy, what a blessing it has been.

Over 12 months since our last post! Lockdown 6.0 is here 😷 and we are, yet again, closed. Needless to say, we will be back but bloody hell... it's certainly a test. It's ok not to be alright. There's no need to bluff and bluster or act tough. We could post regularly, gain 'likes' or follows, hashtag ourselves silly, but we really don't care about that s**t. We care about this... Kindness. Be kind humans. It's a difficult time in the world 🌏

Very uncertain times at the moment... one thing we can assure you of though, is that our friends at Ex Lion Tamer will ensure you have delicious take home meals (and booze) while we wait this thing out. Tim will even deliver!!

Here at Redemption we focus on 3 elements: Mind, body and spirit. Educating our juniors is one of the best parts of the "job". Helping young kids to feel confident enough to get themselves out of a tricky situation, whilst teaching the discipline to only use it when defending themselves. So important, now more than ever.
