1500 CLUB ❤️‍🔥🫶🏽✨

SHE’s DONE IT — is officially our first member ever to hit this milestone & what an achievement this is for our beautiful mum & friend 🥹🥰

Muz tops us all with actually being one of the longest standing members at the gym, going all the way back to 2018 before the takeover in 2019 😯 (we tend to joke that’s she’s apart of the furniture)

From this time until the end of 2024, she had trained consistently, even through all the boot camps & zoom trainings during covid, up until the birth of her first daughter, Mia 👧🏽🎀

She made her return shortly after in May of 2025 where she has adapted to new routine, taking on mums and bubs to fit her schedule & returned to work now fitting her sessions in around this!

Hard working, dedicated & loving are only a few of the words to describe this amazing woman, we are super proud & grateful to have met someone like yourself in our community 🫶🏽

1000 CLUB 🌟✨💛

Finally getting to celebrate & acknowledge ’s 1000th class + a lot more since‼️
Better known as Betty 💁🏽‍♀️

A little bit of a different journey to most others, believe it or not, she actually started with us at our covid boot camps at golden square netball courts 😧

Since then she’s experienced workouts with the wall @ Hargreaves St, moving studios, the birth of her son Auggie & becoming a well loved member of the 5:15am crew ☕️🤎

She’s been with us consistently since returning as a new mum in mid 2023, rarely missing a sesssion during the week! Here’s to many more early mornings!

Morgs started with us all the way back in 2021 starting off on trial and joining instantly 😍
Through all the boot camps & lockdowns she stuck with us all the way!

Most people would know Morgs from her infectious smile and positive attitude to every session — always giving 110% to every class no matter what! A sucker for a cardio session 😮‍💨

Juggling her workouts, life as an aunty & full time work, Morgs is always willing to offer a helping hand around the gym and is always seen encouraging those around her!

30 minutes: 5 stations, 1 minute rest between
- max reps/calories per station, aiming for 100 (500 in total)
