Miss Me-time is a chance for women to giggle, jiggle and wiggle together. Have fun by taking some ? Are you a woman wanting to join in on some fun?
Get back into being active? Or try something new…? Miss Me-time provides all women with the opportunity to engage in fun activities that will get you giggling, jiggling and wiggling. Our sessions will allow you to learn new skills while having fun. It's all about going at your own pace, meaning you don't need to worry about rules or not being fit enough. You will be inspired to achieve your goals
and try new things in a way that makes you feel good, while taking some ‘me-time’. Miss Me-time is made possible through funding received by Sports Focus from VicHealth to deliver the Regional Sport Program. Sports Focus have teamed up with a number of different community sport and active recreation organisations in Bendigo where we organise fun, different and exciting activities that will get women moving. Whether you are wanting to reconnect back into physical activity or give it a go for the first time, we will be providing an environment that is safe, welcoming, non-competitive, and relaxed. This will allow you to do as little or as much as you choose, and for as little or as long as you'd like. Be empowered to give it a go, with all activities child friendly for those wanting to bring along their little ones. Come along in your comfortable active wear, ready to feel good, learn a new skill and to have fun. There is no commitment, just come along to the sessions that suit you and your lifestyle. We are only asking you to take one hour out of your busy life to dedicate to yourself. Our page will be used to promote our upcoming Miss Me-time sessions. It will also be a place where you will find relevant information, and a place to connect and share with other like-minded women who are also looking for some 'me-time’. If you are wanting to find out more about Miss Me-time or have any questions please feel free to contact Sports Focus on 5442 3101 or via email [email protected].

💥 Parents & caregivers of children in Mount Alexander Shire 💥
Sports Focus, in partnership with the Mount Alexander Shire Council have released a survey, to find out which sports and physical activities children with a disability, developmental difference, or neurodivergence in Mount Alexander would love to play.
Your responses are incredibly valuable, and will help us to know which sports and activities your children would love to participate in, what the barriers are for them participating, and what support could help. Your input makes a difference, and will inform our future work.
Please complete the survey through the following link, by the 30th of April https://bit.ly/42mfODD
