Merry Christmas everyone hope you all have had a great day.
I have not posted for a long time as my business has changed. I no longer do group session which was hard to let go of as we had so much fun and I thank everyone of you who participated over the years. Watching friendship form and the laughter we shared I will forever hold close to my heart. The support you gave me I'm grateful for. The achievements each of you had while training with me I'm so proud to of been a part of it. I have continue to study and branch out and now do support work, as well as massage, personal training and adding a holistic 6 week life coaching program to help the individual find a balance and new direction in their life.

Thank you for the awesome memories and friendships! Remember when you are having a a day where you lack motivation JUST FDI! Keep creating the amazing life you want!!

Congratulations to this amazing woman. Deb did my 6 week program last year and one of her goals was to get on her bike ( Deb was normally running) and participate in Amy's great ocean ride grand fondo. Through the 6 week program Deb succeded in many small achievements that we set as she worked towards her bigger goals. Well today Deb completed the ride and I'm so proud of her. Deb has a great attitude and always gave her best in everything. October Deb is doing around the bay and In November Deb takes on her other goal she set that being the great Vic bike ride which I'm confident she will complete with success! So good seeing you achieving your goals Deb Canterford Well done! 👏💪

We open our heart's knowing some day it will break, today was that day. Bindi was a huge part of my day, she spent her days with me and my clients in the shed. She touched so many people, she gave so much love , comfort and a lick here and there. She was excited to see a car pull up in hope there was food or some one says "let's go for a walk " but always happy for a pat. She loved an apple especially a nice crunchy one, but any food would do. Bindi has been my rock through some tough times , always knew when I was not right . We have spent time horse riding, mountain bike rides and of course our walks.
Bindi adored all of you who took her for a walk, gave her some scratches in her sweet spot so thank you. She will be missed and never forgotten. Thank you for those who came and said goodbye and for all the messages xxRest in peace my beautiful girl! ❤🧡
