FreeWheeling Fun Make bikes available for those who can’t afford to buy a new or second-hand one.

WHEN & WHERE:

- Our home base is on the corner of Laurel and Panton Sts Golden Square

- Open every Wednesday and Friday 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm


WHAT:

- We receive donated bicycles and if possible fix them to a safe and rideable condition.
- We make bicycles available to anyone who can’t afford to buy one.
- We are happy to accept donations to cover cost of parts and running our not for profit b

ike shed. HOW YOU CAN JOIN THE FUN:

- Donate a bicycle in good to excellent condition
- Volunteer - bike mechanics, social media, set up/ pack up, talk with people, teach people to ride, fundraise, or even organise a community ride.
- Donate money so we can purchase parts.
- Let us know if someone needs a bicycle.

Due to unforeseen circumstances our shed will not be be open today, Friday the 19th of June. We apologise for the lat notice but if things improve we will be open next Wednesday the 24th of June.

Tomorrow, Friday being Good Friday the Freewheeling Fun shed will not be open as usual. We will however be open again the following Wednesday. We have lots of bikes ready to go so is funds are tight and you need a bike for you or the kids pop in next Wednesday and have a look.

Due to the weather forecast for tomorrow and Friday (40+) freewheeling fun will not be opening. Too darn hot. We will re-open again next Wednesday the 4th of February.

Friday the 19th will be our last day for 2025. We have lots of bikes ready to go. Come on down! We will be opening again on Wednesday the 14th of Jan. We wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas and New year.

Freewheeling Fun will not be open next Wednesday due to all our vollies engaged in family Christmas get togethers. However, we will be open on Friday the 19th for 4 hours, from 1 until 5. We have lots of bikes ready to go. So if money is a bit tight and you would like to get a loved one a bike for Christmas come and see us.
