💚 How amazing was it to see our greens filled with juniors tonight!

Our first Kookas Junior Training session was led by Junior State Champion Bailee Randell, with the wonderful Shirley McGregor assisting.

From competitive juniors to those holding a bowl for the very first time, there were lots of smiles, plenty of laughs and so much fun!

A massive shout-out to all the parents, kids and helpers who made tonight’s session such a success. We’re already looking forward to next week… parents beware, you might just end up on the green too! 😄

This program wouldn’t be possible without the generous backing of LEAD Financial and Strathfieldsaye & Districts Community Enterprise, who provided us with brand-new Aero bowls in junior sizes. We’re incredibly grateful for their support in helping make bowls accessible to the next generation! 💚

🌟JUNIOR KOOKAS ARE BACK TOMORROW EVENING! 🌟

After last week’s rain delay, we’re ready to give it another crack! 🥳

At this stage, we’re looking good to get underway before the rain arrives tomorrow — Tuesday 18 August.

The Kookas Junior Development Program is all about LEARN • PLAY • COMPETE, with all skill levels welcome — from first-time bowlers through to future representative players.
