A friendly and fun exercise class in Bendigo. ABOUT THE CLASS:

The 1 hour class starts with a warm up and mobilization, a low impact aerobic section with intensity options, followed by a strengthening/ toning section, and a cool down, stretch, and relaxation. Expect a friendly and social environment, no expectations, no pressure. All ages welcome. Fitness levels from beginners to more experienced

movers. Options always given to suit individual needs. Chair based if options if needed. Bring your fitness mat if you have one.

$10 per class
Attend both classes in the week, pay $18

Tuesday 9.30am - 10.30am
Friday 9.30am - 10.30am

Masonic Hall, 99 McIvor Road, Bendigo

After the class we head out for a coffee and social time. All welcome to join our very friendly group! ABOUT MARGARET, YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

My name is Margaret Naylor, I am a fully qualified Exercise to Music Instructor, insured, and registered with Fitness Australia. Within my 34 years experience I have taught at fitness clubs, run community classes, and worked for 14 years at Age UK- teaching classes and running the fitness suite. My training has covered--

I came to Bendigo with my husband a year ago to join my family and have enjoyed meeting new people, and feeling a part of the community. I'm looking forward to meeting more like minded exercisers in the future!

Hi all , for anyone interested in the classes , please ring me Margaret 0468 510 369 for class availability. For information on the classes , they are 9.30 -10.30 Tuesday & Friday mornings , St. Paul’s cathedral, Myers st. The cost is $11 per class . Thank you for enquiries.

Hi all, our Tuesday class is cancelled on the 25 th April as it’s a public holiday for Anzac Day . Maybe see you on the Fridays instead. X

Just a reminder of classes over the next few weeks . Friday 6th Tuesday 20 th & Friday 13 th as normal . Tuesday 17 th changed to Monday 16 th and will be in the back of the church . Enter through the big church doors .Friday 20th in the church too . This is to allow for voting in the Hall . Thank you for your help .
