Looks like July will be self-defence month, if you or your friends would like to learn or practice effective self-defence then July will be a good time to come along and see how you like our classes. Were only running adult classes (high school and older), wear casual loose-fitting clothing and join our small group classes. Cost is $10 per class and classes start at 6pm. These classes are well suited to people who want to do a self-defence course and want to learn at thier own pace.

Classes are cancelled for the next few weeks due to training in South Korea. We will resume training at Quarry Hill community hall on Tuesday 21st of April. Looking forwards to catching up with everybody to train with LifeCraft Asia in South Korea, always a great trip.

Training has restarted so if you have ever wanted to learn martial arts and self-defence now is the time. Our classes are quite relaxed and focus on effective self-defense and solid Taekwondo & Hapkido skill sets.

Hope everybody has had a great Christmas and New Year. Training has resumed and looking forward to a busy year. Training is currently focused on adult classes only so if you know anybody that wants to learn self-defence, gain fitness, mobility and confidence then bring them along. Our club is pretty relaxed, so no need to feel intimidated if you have never done martial arts before.
