Bendigo Kenpo Karate Discover your full potential at Bendigo Kenpo Karate. We teach high quality Martial Arts for Children, Teenagers and Adults.

Classes can involve warm up exercises, drills, pad work, techniques/self defence as well as forms/kata work. All ages and abilities are welcome from beginner to seasoned competitor. Private lessons in self defence, competition training or sparring and pad work is available, call to book one for yourself or as a gift.

**JUNIOR CLASS CANCELLED TONIGHT**

Due to the extreme heat and risk to health we have cancelled tonight's junior class between 5-6pm.

Adult and teenage class from 6pm will be replaced with an open mat (no formal class, room to walk through your own material).

**NEXT ROUND OF TOURNAMENTS**

The next rounds for the NSKA and NAS tournaments are coming up.

NAS Round 2 will be held on Sunday 22nd June at Doncaster Secondary College - 123 Church Rd Doncaster.

NSKA Melbourne Open will be held on Sunday 3rd August at Aqualink, Box Hill.

If you are interested in either of the events, please talk to Mr or Mrs Watts about registering and competing.

OPEN MAT SESSIONS

If you have eaten way too much food and feel like you need to burn some off, we are having some open mat sessions this week.

The school will be open this week as per below:
- Monday 30/12/24 (yes, tonight 😁) 5pm to 6pm
- Friday 3/1/25 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Open mat session guide:
- An instructor will be present to assist students as needed
- No formal class taken, students can come alone or team up with others to train
- You can use the equipment if you want to do bag work
- Open to all ages and ranks
