Hey Team 👋

Have just loaded some new classes for next week.

Tuesday Evening 6pm - strength & conditioning circuit style. Men and women welcome.

Thursday Morning 9am - Pilates (trialling this for 6 weeks) This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, pregnant and post partum bodies. Children welcome.

Make sure you book in on the app prior so I know you’re attending, feel free to inbox me if any issues.

Hey Active Farmers Bencubbin!!

This week I’ve popped in a Tuesday evening class in at 5:45pm on the schedule.

This class is designed for all levels of fitness, both men and women welcome.

It’s been a few weeks so I hope to see a few of you there.

Ps: this is the only class for the week. Make sure you jump on and purchase a class pass. If you are unsure how, pop me a DM and I’ll give you a hand.

Hey Guys!

Just a little update on class times. So our 6 weeks of free classes are coming to an end. Our evening classes have all finished up and we have one more morning class tomorrow at 9:30!!

Thank you to everyone who has attended the classes over the past 6 weeks. I hope you’ve enjoyed exercising as a group and trying some fun new workouts.

We were so lucky to have had this opportunity, Active Farmers are doing amazing things for rural communities and I am really honoured to have been apart of it.

Where to from here?

I’ll be taking a little break until the end of seeding and then our evening classes will resume. Monday mornings will continue for now providing we still have interest and numbers remain ok. You will still register for the class exactly the same way however you just pay for the class or a block of classes.
