Welcome to the WildSide Training Forum!

It may not be for everyone, but if you need a hand with Strength & Fitness, then this may be for you… or share the love with someone who you think may benefit.

Why?… because the system’s broken, we’re overwhelmed, and without resources, everything goes to 💩.

We need support to keep fighting for our Wildlife. The difference between a life saved and a life lost is knowing what the hell to do, and getting a bit of community interest and support.

We’re used to seeing animals lose the fight, but we get back on our feet and continue making a difference with the ones still in our care.

So, you can help us, to help them and you’ll be helping yourself!

Went Vegan during my lunch break today.

Had a 32 kg 🍅 for 30 reps (on the minute) then snatched a 24 kg 🥦 for a few sets of 10 before getting back to work.

I’m still hungry 🤤

If anyone wants to come along to our Tuesday Strength Training sessions, there’s 6:15am and 5:45pm.

To make up for it, an additional round of 14 sets at the end of training squared the session off nicely.

Still left in time for school lunches and buses.
