Looking back, I feel incredibly grateful that I discovered my 6 Pillars of Wellness.
Has my journey been perfect? Absolutely not.π
In fact, research shows that constantly striving to be "all in," getting everything right, and expecting 100% perfection can actually increase stress hormones like cortisol, contribute to nervous system dysregulation, and often leads to more procrastination, not less.
SELF-SATOTAGE sets in and you end up circling back to old patterns, old thoughts and old familiar ways of doing things that really dont and never served you. I teach you a new way πππππππππππ

It's about learning how to come back to yourself, again and again with the right tools, strategies and supports that best suit you. This is not a 1 rule fits all.
