Let kids be kids otherwise they will not mature into functions adults. That means more play, more exploring and more risk taking. Adults can moderate but not with too much control or caution. Just enough to keep them safe. Let them go outside. The evidence suggests there is more danger at home.

Coaches who constantly commentate, chatter away are wasting their breath - the players are attuned to the other players, the ball, the next decision to be unable to hear what you are babbling on about!

Before you open your mouth - think - is this going to help the player/s learn?

If it is then ask your question, tell them the most important point first that will improve performance.

If not stay silent and keep on observing!
