Lakeview parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 8am at The Shores Way, Belmont. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

Lakeview parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am at Green Point Reserve, Belmont NSW 2280. parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. It offers an opportunity for all the local community, male or female, y

oung or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy the beautiful surrounds and get physically active at the same time. We want to encourage people to jog or
run together irrespective of their ability – this event is truly open to all and best of all it really is FREE!

It’s parkrun day tomorrow at Lakeview, event #588. We have a full roster of vollies in place (thank you) but there are plenty of gaps in the next few weeks, so if it’s time to give back to your parkrun community, now’s your chance!
