Brisbane Mariners Rifle Club Inc Brisbane Mariners Rifle Club Inc (BMRC) is a target rifle shooting club at the Belmont shooting complex.

Originally the Royal Australian Naval Reserve (RANR) rifle club, Brisbane Mariners Rifle Club has existed since the early 1970s and is incorporated (No IA 19249) in Queensland.

U25 OPM had 11 Mariners members participating with a few good results.
Rob Street won the SP Production aggregate on countback but then had to settle for 2nd place after a shoot-off for 1st place.
Ian Smith came 2nd in the TRB Aggregate and won the 900 yd.
Ernesto Cordova won the day one aggregate (he only shot day 1) and came first in both the 300 yd and 500 yd ranges.
Darryl Stewart shot a 99.7 at 800 yards to get a range 2nd place.
And many other good results.

And belatedly but importantly, Mariners club members had great success in the 2025 Peter Compton and Pam Kraut Memorial ...

Great results at the TIKKA Sporter competition today. Robert Jackson came 1st in SPO (out of 31 competitors), and in SPC we had Philip McAleese in 7th, Jacob Ostwald in 8th and Rob Street in 11th (out of 41 competitors). Fantastic results.
