🙌🏻 Six generations of shooting tradition, and Layla is writing her own chapter and it's great to see the support from OSA! 🤩

She’s currently training with the Queensland Developmental Squad in F-Open, with her sights firmly set on earning selection to compete at next year’s Nationals in South Australia. 🎯

There’s something pretty special about seeing our young guns chase their goals, build their skills and take the next steps in their shooting journey - especially with family cheering them on along the way!

Keep putting in the work, Layla. We can’t wait to see where this journey takes you! 💪🏻🇦🇺

⭐️ SPONSOR SHOUT OUT ⭐️

A big shout out to Dean from OSA Australia and the team from Berger Projectiles for their sponsorship of our Layla 💐

Layla is a 6th generation fi***rm enthusiast, Julie’s eldest granddaughter and Ben’s eldest daughter. 🙌🏻

She is currently completing training in the QLD Developmental Squad for F-Open hoping to be selected to shoot in the Nationals next year in SA. 🤩

❤️🎯 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬, 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 & 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗖 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘!

There’s something rather special about family life on the range. It’s the generations sharing the mound, the mateship that grows between details, the laughter, the learning and the memories made along the way.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼? 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. ❤️

Because our sport is about so much more than what happens when the targets come up. It’s about belonging, growing together and being part of a community that feels like family.

From the youngest chargers to the seasoned superstars, this is what makes our sport so special. And this is why our regional clubs are the heart and soul of the shooting community. 🎯👏

Monto - getting the magic of our sport just right!

🌧️🎯 𝗔 𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡, 𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗧 𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗡! 🎯

It may have been a slightly delayed start thanks to the rain, but once the shooters hit the 500m range, Raglan was well and truly in gear over the weekend!

🔥 𝗙𝗦: Magic Margy is sitting pretty with a very tidy 122.9. That’s some serious shooting!

🎯 𝗙 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻: Terry Hancock and Nathan Cole went head-to-head, both producing double possibles! The difference? Just a super centre separating these two gunslingers. Talk about splitting hairs!

💥 𝗦𝗣𝗖𝗢: Brendan Feddersen and Michael Beak also hammered out double possibles, with the result again coming down to v-bulls. And guess what? The same story as F Open! Those centres were working overtime at Raglan!

𝗧𝗥: Young Paul Kerlin was the only started with a 95.5.

When the scores are this tight, every little mark counts! 👀

Great shooting all round, Raglan! A wet start certainly didn't dampen the competition. 🏆👏

🔥 YOUNG GUN ALERT! 🔥 What an outstanding weekend at North Arm for Brisbane Mariners young gun, Ruby! 🎯👏

Ruby put together an awesome performance yesterday, finishing with a massive 175.23 to edge the field by just one V-bull and take out the SPC win at the Lilley District Association PM 2026! 🏆

And there’s more! After dropping just TWO points on day one, Ruby finished SECOND overall in SPC for the two-day event! 💥

What a weekend, Ruby! Your hard work is paying off, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this rising star. 🚀

Watch this space - Ruby’s just getting started! 👏🎯

🎯 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗘! 🎯

Ticking boxes in this sport can take time, but today at the North Arm R***e Club OPM, Greg ticked off a BIG one - his 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘! 💥👏 Let's say it's been hard earnt.

And that wasn't all! Greg also won the last range in FSB and finished THIRD OVERALL FOR THE DAY! 🏆

For a guy who finds so much joy in this sport - not just in the shooting, but in the people, the friendships and the community that comes with it - this was one seriously special moment.

I'm so glad I was there to witness it! ❤️

Great work, Greg! Enjoy that moment, soak it all in, and keep chasing those goals. Something tells me this is just the beginning.

There’s something pretty special about this time of year. For those of us in the Great South East, the NARC & Lilley District OPMs are starting to feel like our big end-of-year get-together! 🥳

After two manic weeks at Belmont, it’s time to take a breath, return to normal transmission and enjoy what makes our sport so special - the people, the friendships and the feeling of coming home to our clubs. As they say, there’s nothing quite like home!

Our regional clubs are the 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹 of our sport. They’re where new faces become familiar, old friends reconnect, stories are shared, banter flows and everyone has a place to belong. ❤️

This weekend, North Arm R***e Club is opening its doors to welcome everyone across two days of awesome competition. Whether you're chasing the scores, cheering on your mates or simply soaking up the atmosphere, there's a special kind of magic waiting for you. Will you be there?

We can't wait to catch up with good friends, welcome new faces and make more memories together as we roll towards the Christmas break-ups!

🎄 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀?
Oh, did I say that out loud? 😂 Yep… IT'S THAT CLOSE TO THE HOLIDAYS! 🎅 Next week, we'll be catching up on club Christmas shoots and end-of-year celebrations. Slot one in - it's going to be one hell of a ride to the holidays!

𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲'𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲! 🙌
