Finding moments of genuine focus and calm can be challenging. Between work, study, family commitments and the constant buzz of life, switching off can sometimes feel almost impossible.

If you're looking for a mindful yet rewarding activity that helps support your mental health and connect with other like-minded people, this might be your sign to find your nearest club and come try archery.
And if you're an experienced archer and think someone could benefit from it, take a minute to share what archery brings you and especially how it supports your mental health. ✨

Well done team for such a successful outcome, a great group and lots of learnings to keep building.

Stay tuned for more pics and details from the event.
