A Special Day for the Marlborough Family at Belmont
Today marked a memorable milestone for the Marlborough family as they took the field together for the very first time! With Dad, Matt at 2nd base, Mum, Hayley at 3rd, and son Luke holding down Short Stop, it was a beautiful display of family unity and teamwork.
This unique opportunity came about because Matt and Luke had a bye, allowing them to join Hayley’s team for the day. Moments like these are rare, and we cherish them—showcasing the heart of our club’s values.
For the past four years, Matt and Hayley have been dedicated players for Belmont, while Luke has 5 years under his belt, starting his journey with us in Little League. Watching them play side by side not only highlights the joy of the game but also emphasizes our club’s commitment to fostering a family-oriented environment.
