One of the gorgeous faces leading our upcoming Beginner Reformer Course!

If you are one of the lovely ladies jumping into our Saturday morning sessions for the 5-week course, you are in the absolute best hands.

Tracey is a massive fan of creating the ultimate relaxed studio vibe to kickstart your weekend. She loves some good music, and making sure the space feels completely cozy and welcoming. She knows exactly how nerve-wracking it can be to try something new, so her main goal is to make you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door.

No stress, no pressure, and absolutely no "gym-timidation." Just Tracey right there beside you, guiding you through every single spring and movement at your own pace.

Most people know me as the owner of The Loft.

But before The Loft, before the Reformer studio, before the early mornings and coaching classes...

I'm a wife.
I'm a mum.
I'm a business owner.
And a few years ago, I became a kidney donor for my husband.

Life has thrown some pretty big challenges our way over the years.

There were days when I was juggling kids, running a business, supporting my husband through kidney disease, trying to keep the household running and honestly wondering how the hell I was going to keep showing up for everyone.

But here's what I learnt...

Women are a whole lot stronger than they give themselves credit for.

Not just physically.

Mentally.
Emotionally.
In the way we keep going when life gets hard.

And that's exactly why The Loft exists.

I didn't build this place to help women chase a number on the scales.

I built it for the woman who's been putting herself last.

The busy mum.
The healthcare worker finishing another long shift.
The woman navigating perimenopause.
The woman who's lost confidence in herself.
The woman who feels intimidated walking into a big gym.

I wanted to create a space where women could walk through the door and feel comfortable from day one.

A place where you can do Reformer Pilates, strength training, move your body, make friends, build confidence and remember that your health matters too.

No judgement.
No pressure.
No needing to be fit before you start.

Just a room full of incredible women showing up for themselves.

Looking around The Loft today and seeing the community we've built honestly makes me so bloody proud.

To every woman who has walked through our doors, trusted us and become part of our little Loft family...

For the Tuesday crew, you'll be in the best hands. Grace will be coaching you through every single Tuesday 5:30pm class for the whole 5 weeks.

Our 5-Week Reformer Beginners Course is a 100% judgment-free zone designed specifically for absolute beginners. No experience, no flexibility, and no fitness background required!

You'll be guided step-by-step in a small, supportive group of like-minded women.
