From being embarrassed to run in front of people to doing marathons and HYROX, Skye fell in love with running and the process along the way.

Through dedicated one-on-one strength sessions with Coach Kev, she focused on building strength specifically for running performance, injury prevention and confidence in her body.

One thing Kev taught me is that you don’t have to live with pain forever. I was introduced to him by a CrossFit teammate after struggling with hip pain for nearly a year—I could barely sit in the car for more than 10 minutes.

Kev assessed my movement, created a personalized program, and worked one-on-one with me every step of the way. Today, it feels really good to be pain free!

What sets Kev apart with his work is his holistic approach and his ability to identify the root cause of issues, not just treat the symptoms. If you’ve tried everything and you’re still in pain, this is for you. The physio. The rest. The stretching. The exercises they found on Google at midnight.

Still in pain. Here’s what the usual approaches miss: Pain is rarely where the problem actually lives.

Your back hurts so someone works on your back. Your knee aches so someone treats your knee.

But a back that hurts can be hip that doesn’t rotate properly or a core that doesn’t engage
A knee in pain can a glute that isn’t doing its job or poor movement patterns Treating the symptom without finding the cause is why so many people spend years in pain despite doing everything they’ve been told.

We work differently. Before you’ve done a single exercise we’re already reading your body. How you breathe. How you get up from the floor. Where you hold tension without even knowing it. How your hips rotate. How your foundational movement patterns actually work.

My own mindset and need for going hard every day. The reason it stops me is I am trying to pair it with life, recovery and sleep. My consistency is why I’m not consistent enough. Take this week.

10km covered Friday night at football for
Then Saturday to be fair did a recovery style workout
Sunday long run (slow). Doing all the right things
Monday went too hard in a huge session

Tuesday let’s too sore couldn’t even do my second long run, yesterday didn’t train
