What the business Zero2Hero Health and Fitness offers is a fun workout from home(catered for all types of fitness levels),gym equipment to your front door no matter where you are and what ever time ranging from 5am-8pm for a productive and fun filled workout for all ages and I also do Boot camps. I currently train at 2 locations, GO Health Beenleigh and Zero2Hero Health and Fitness Redbank. Hi my

name is Sean Doubleday and I started in the industry 12 months ago and have been training in Gym's for close to 15 years and have played AFL for 20 years,14 years in Melbourne and 6 years in Queensland! So I have always kept active and had the motivation to be the best I could possibly be! What made me love the industry was the satisfaction in helping people to be the best they could possibly be and meeting great people along the way! I lost 27% body fat in 2013 from cutting out a lot of foods and portion sized as a replacement. so from my changes I'd love to help in any way I can to get you amazing results. When memories come up from 5 & 6 years ago. You could say home gym has changed a tad!

I'm so grateful for the amazing people I've been so lucky to meet, train and get to lead them to healthier lifestyle.

Honestly no better journey than helping people achieve life long goals and learn the basic fundamentals of how to balance their lifestyle and stay on track.

On my only day off, today was a little struggle for me but so glad these Legends lift me up to get out of bed as I do for them each week!!

Today was a full body strength sesh for 64 sets of pain that is going to leave them in a world of hurt the next few days.

Im super happy how everyone has progressed and is stepping it up with every single session...Form was on point today lads!! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Its so bloody good to see Richards shoulder back to 100% and Huge shout out to Thomas for his 6kg weightloss this week.....That's massive mate!!

Already three sessions into our journey together I am seeing huge changes in her mindset, strength and willing to push that bit harder to get those extras in when it really counts.

I love training one on one because you can put all your focus on your client and really work around their exact needs and wants. You build a far better relationship and nothing gets missed!
