Reminder - Narrabri Shire Council has a free youth tennis clinic in Bellata thanks to the NSW Office of Sport funding.

EVENT DETAILS:
Bellata
Sunday, 28 May
10.00am – 2.00 pm

Sponsored by the Office of Sport and coordinated by Council, the clinic at Council's new multipurpose facilities located in Bellata will provide opportunities for those in rural and remote areas to learn and play tennis at local sporting facilities.

Suitable for those aged 4-18 years and facilitated by professional coach Shane Murphy, and will include racquet and ball hire plus morning tea.

The clinic will focus on;

◾ Tennis stroke
◾ Hand/eye coordination
◾ Footwork skills
◾ Multisport warmup
◾ Match play

RSVPs are required seven days before the event/s. Places are limited.

Narrabri Shire Council is set to offer free youth tennis clinic in March, thanks to funding from the NSW Office of Sport.

Sponsored by the Office of Sport and coordinated by Council, the clinics in Bellata and Pilliga will provide opportunities for those in rural and remote areas to learn and play tennis at sporting facilities local to them.

Suitable for those aged 4-18 years and facilitated by professional coach Shane Murphy, the clinics will focus on tennis stroke, hand/eye coordination, footwork, warm-up, and match play.

An alternative washout program may be offered in the event of adverse weather.
