If you are looking to improve your standing skills don’t miss our Scrimmage Wrestling class every Thursday at 7pm!

In this class, we focus on all the skills necessary to be effective during standing to ground transitions including takedowns, takedown defence and counters, submissions, reversals, winning the scramble and getting back to the feet.

The idea behind this class is we don’t want to develop our standing skills in isolation - we want to incorporate them into the wider game.

All experience levels are welcome!

Huge thanks to Mitchel Mitchel for teaching an awesome workshop tonight focusing on Attacks from the Shin on Shin Guard! Mitch showed some foot sweep variations, wrestle ups, transitions to leg entanglements as well as an entry to a John Wayne Sweep. The workshop was very practical with lots of live time in the position and great details to take away from it! Thanks everyone for coming in!
