B1 Cross catch lateral lunge
B2 Double high swing
B3 Burpees
(*replacement I had to make for the Ybell pickup and squat)

This month's consists of 2 separate mini pods that have 3 exercises each.
You'll work through each mini pod for 2 rounds, take a break and then complete 1 final round of each.
Exercise 1 will be completed for 50 seconds followed by a 10 second break.
Exercise 2 will run for 40 seconds followed by a 10 second break.
Exercise 3 will be for 30 seconds followed by a 10 second break.
You'll repeat this format for each pod.
A little bit different format, but we like to keep you guessing!
