Yin yoga uses cosmic and earth energy to activate the seven chakras. Yoga is a magical system, it has the power to change our energy levels, emotions, mental state and even our density if we wish to delve that deep. Many of the ancient yogic teachings are seldom practised in the modern world, reducing yoga to exercise and a good stretch. This authentic practice will enable you to go into a deep me
ditative state, whilst activating your physical body and tuning into your higher self. During these sessions we will use the power of our minds and our physical bodies to connect ourselves to the subtle energies of the universe. Some of the tools we will use include asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work) and dharana (mental concentration). We will be implementing a combination of age old techniques that come from kundalini, ta**ra, laya and hatha yoga styles. This practice gifts us with delightful physical and mental benefits. It is the pathway back to discovering our deep inner nature of stillness and peace. Supported by Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, medicine drums and other sacred percussion instruments, this will allow you to drop deeper into the practice. The musical soundscape will assist in the activation of the individual chakras. ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
