People always go on about how important it is to get enough sleep at night and the positive effects on the body but in this day and age people are getting alot less sleep, myself included. After listening to this podcast today I can honestly say I'll be making a conscious effort to get the recommended hours of sleep a night. The facts and statistics presented in this discussion provide some shocking information on why its so important to rest and I recommend everyone give it a listen if you get the chance! (Unless it's interrupting your sleep).
