Hi there, I am the most exciting PT to come out of Christchurch. I found my love for fitness through Les Mills group fitness. This love grew into a passion and I am now a certified instructor in BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and the LES MILLS GRIT SERIES. My childhood consisted of over eating and absolutely no physical activities. Therefore, if it was possible for me, it sure as hell is possible for you. I am here to help you unlock your potentials and move you from Good to Great.
