Anyone interested? If so, talk to the committee.

Hi all,

The 4th round of our winter competition starts tomorrow, Tuesday night 9th June at Sapphire Coast Anglican College gym.

We're expecting all team fees to paid this week so you'll need to be there Tuesday night to confirm your spot via payment. See notes about who has paid below. Great work this everyone, we're close to being all paid up! That will allow us to start thinking about prizes for the grand final.

Also, as part of a generous donation from one of our senior players, David Britton, we are able to subsidise the fees of both junior teams (Unicorns and Dolphin Diggers). This works out to be $25 per junior player in those teams.

Direct deposit is possible, just use your team name as the reference. Seniors are still $400 per team.

Hi all,

The second of our winter competition starts this coming Tuesday night 26th May at Sapphire Coast Anglican College gym.

Another round of team adjustments are below as of this afternoon Sat 23rd May.

The Unicorns and Dolphin Diggers junior teams are now full and final.

Due to unexpected circumstances, Block Party desperately need another 2 players so there's still room to join in.

We're expecting all team fees to paid this week so you'll need to be there Tuesday night to confirm your spot via payment. See notes about who has paid below.

Also, as part of a generous donation from one of our senior players, David Britton, we are able to subsidise the fees of both junior teams (Unicorns and Dolphin Diggers). This works out to be $25 per junior player in those teams. For those juniors who have already paid more, we will work out some refunds for you.

Hi all,

The first round of our winter competition starts this coming Tuesday night 19th May at Sapphire Coast Anglican College gym.

Another round of team adjustments are below as of this afternoon Sun 17th May. I'm expecting these to be final teams. I haven't had confirmation from a number of players so I have put down those I definitely know about. If you're name is missing there's still some space in a few teams and we can slot you in. We're expecting all team fees to paid this week so you'll need to be there Tuesday night to confirm your spot via payment.

Also, as part of a generous donation from one of our senior players, David Britton, we are able to subsidise the fees of both junior teams (Unicorns and Dolphin Diggers) to be just $200 each.

Simply divide the team fee by your number of players for the per player fee. It's preferable to receive the team fee as a lump sum if possible. Direct deposit is possible, just use your team name as the reference. Seniors are still $400 per team.

Hi all,

Our registration nights went quite well and we have the making of 4 teams for our mixed winter competition but there's room for one or two more and a couple of teams still need players. Preference given to team nominations but individual nominations accepted.

We may need to make one big division if we can't get 3 teams per division.

This coming week will be an ironing out grading round before we start the competition proper. Please make sure to bring/submit your team entry fee of $400. You can do this on the night or electronically beforehand.

So far these are the notional teams that we may have to tweak before the official first round as people join. Notionally teams of 8. The per player cost depends on how many in your team.

The Unicorns (Bega High junior girls)
1. Amy (organiser/captain)
2. Emily
3. Ivy
4. Lilly
5. Rosie
6.
7.

Dolphin Diggers (Sapphire Coast Anglican College juniors and friends)
1. Duncan (organiser/captain)

4. Frances
5. Liane
6. Mary

Each team will have the responsibility of performing duty (refereeing, scoring, lines person) for the other teams according to the draw to be published next week. Hopefully last week's officiating workshop was useful to everyone.

The full competition rules will be sent out to team organisers to distribute and discuss with their teams.

Everyone playing in the competition will need to be registered with South Coast Volleyball or an affiliated other state volleyball organisation for insurance purposes.

You can join at the link below:

https://www.southcoastvolleyball.com/registration

The recreational membership is sufficient. There's cheaper rates for juniors u18 at 31st December. Your membership covers you for all official Volleyball Nsw/interstate Volleyball activities.

Later this year there will be junior/senior cups planned in Nowra/Ulladulla/Bega for those who are interested. The winter edition of Canberra Cup has already been planned 11 and 12 July so save the date for all you keen beans!

Anyway, see you 6pm this Tues 12th May at the Sapphire Coast Anglican College gym so we can finalise teams, registration and payments.

The notional draw is:

6pm Set up Pinoy Bandits
6.10pm Warm up

Hi all,

We're back again 6pm this Tuesday 5th May at Sapphire Coast Anglican College gym. It's our last come and try/registration night/ social volleyball session before the winter competition starts. $8 per player.

Registrations are starting to roll in so please get your entries in. If you don't have a team let us know and we can organise one for you.
