What a day! The SBAT’s smashed it! 💪🔥

Huge shoutout to Callum, Cohan and Keiran who smashed their school-based trainee assessment tasks today here at UFS. The pressure was on, but they survived (and so did we)!

A massive thanks to Kelly from UOW for bringing her expert knowledge and keeping everyone on track.

And last but not least, thank you to everyone who attended our classes, we hope you enjoyed the experience and we truly value your support!

Our local area is in very safe hands. We’ve officially got three fantastic, well-trained young men ready to become future fitness instructors! 🏋️‍♂️🌟

We are on the lookout for volunteers to come join a fun fitness class this Thursday!

Help our superstar school-based trainee Kieran and a couple of other locals to complete their next assessment.

All volunteers receive a free UFS jumper for your time and support.

Class 1: 10.15am - FEMALE GROUP

Class 2: 11.15am - MALE GROUP

Class 3: 12.15pm - OVER 55’s GROUP
