Sydney Marathon they said, it’ll be fun they said, let’s raise some money for great causes they said!! One statement is correct…..

My cause is Dementia Support Australia & Jody’s is Shake It Up Australia Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Both causes very close to our hearts ❤️

Today was about “getting it done” & the temperature threw everything at us!!

We got it done!

Very proud of all our Sapphire Coast Runners today (& a Cooma blow in). The camaraderie is awesome, that includes those tracking from home 💪

Ok, it’s time……. we are heading up to Sydney for the Marathon (42.2km) run on Sunday!! Fundraising for Dementia Australia if anyone would like to donate ☺️ It’s going to be hot 🥵 but we’ll be strong and get it done 🏃‍♀️

Time for another Dementia Australia fundraiser!! I’m keen to run Sydney Marathon but I need some motivation!! Why not raise some fund for a very worthy cause, close to our family ☺️

If I can raise $600 I’ll try my best to run under 5 hours.

For every $50 over that goal I will try to go 5 minutes faster.

Back into some training this morning. Wasn’t sure how much I had in my legs but wanted to do some up, some down, some walking & some running!! Mission accomplished without going more than 600m from my door 😂🤷‍♀️🐄

19km nature walk today!! Saw some people out and about, a car where I didn’t think you could get a car to, an echidna and two peacocks 🦚 🦚 Best of all I didn’t get lost 😂
